Tradco branded products are supplied direct to your door from the supplier warehouse in Adelaide.

Delivery Time: Approx. 1-2 Weeks from Order Placement

If the item is out of stock, you will receive notification within 3 working days, with an option of keeping the item on backorder, cancelling the order or opting for an available alternative.

 

WARRANTY TERMS – TRADCO PRODUCT

What does this warranty cover?

 

This warranty is valid for ten (10) years from the date of purchase and covers any defects in materials and workmanship, including the internal mechanisms of door levers, door knobs, locks and latches, with the exceptions stated below.

 

What is not covered by this warranty?

Tradco use various manufacturing techniques to produce a distinct range of finishes. Some unique finishes may vary from product-to-product due to the hand-crafted processes involved in creating them. The character of these unique finishes is intended to change and develop as a result of time, touch, and climate conditions. Accordingly, Tradco finishes are not covered by warranty. Minor defects that do not affect the workings of a product can be a normal part of the manufacturing process and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Tradco will not assume liability for any labour charges relating to the removal or reinstallation of the products; nor will freight, postage or handling expenses related to the products be covered by Tradco. Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installations are not covered by this warranty.

 

A Credit Returns Form must be completed, with invoice number or proof of purchase provided (please request this form via email shop@restorersbarn.com.au).

 

CHANGE OF MIND ITEMS:

 

Tradco accept change of mind stock items back for credit in the following circumstances:

 

The goods must be returned within 90 days of purchase; and

 

The goods are returned in “as new” condition (goods will not be accepted for return if previously fitted, have missing screws or are unsaleable for any reason); and

 

Credit returns form is filled out – with all details including invoice number goods were purchased on.

 

Please note that a 20% re-stocking fee applies to all change of mind credits.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION:

 

We attempt to credit all items returned in the same month as we receive them. Therefore, any details you provide to make the process quick and easy assists us to process your credit quickly and correctly.

 

Tradco products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
